Company Profile

EADSS is wholly owned by Bumiputera and registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia under EADSS Training Consultant & Resources (SA0425387-W) and EADSS Training Consultant & Resources Sdn Bhd (1104554-K).

EADSS specializes in consultancy, developing and delivering training solutionsthat helps to improve employee productivity while reducing clients’ operating cost. Our commitment is to reduce the number of accident in workplace and road.

In relations to consultancy services, we have developed a driving institute for professional development of trainers and staffs, with the Standard of Operating Procedure (SOP). In addition, we also act as a internal auditor.

In terms of developing and delivering training solutions, EADSS is committed to assist the clients in minimizing employee injuries and operating cost. By using both theory and practical methodology, we are optimistic that the essential driving knowledge and skills will be delivered positively and effectively.

As part of our commitment to the client, we aim for a win-win situation when it comes to their training cost allocation. Therefore, EADSS is registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) as an approved Training Provider. Hence, any training program conducted by EADSS is claimable under SBL-KHAS scheme if the client is registered with HRD Corp.

Besides, we are also registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (Reg. Ref. No. : 357-0002303001)

EADSS are equipped with qualified trainers who are equivalent to the professional trainers from other developed countries in terms of delivery, subject matter expert and practical skills. Currently we house one consultant, two management staff and eight trainers. In the event where added trainers are needed, we have a number of part time trainers that are ready to assist.

  • To improve the quality of staff and driving services by providing training and guidance as professional drivers.
  • To motivate drivers to be more confident, alert and inculcate positive values in driving and good personal appearance.
  • To educate drivers or staff to be skilful, knowledgeable and instill positive thinking.
  • To identify and practice good habits in practicing defensive driving techniques.
  • To share benefits of defensive driving such as reducing the chances of involving in accidents, reduce fuel consumption, maintenance cost reduction, reduce insurance premium, reduce stress and increase company’s profit.
  • We are committed to reduce road accidents and workplace accidents which are now on the increasing trend.
  • We are committed to increase staff performance that will lead more profit to a company.
  • To reduce accident rate, boost up professionalism of the drivers as a defensive professional drivers on the road who comply to the laws.
  • To produce responsible and proactive drivers that improve the company’s image and double up company’s revenue.
